Return & Refund Policy

At Sri Durga Footwear (SDF Collections), we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special discount offers may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged footwear due to customer handling.
- Items without original packaging/tags.
- Personalized or custom orders.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or product defects.
- If the required size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
- In case of approved returns, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
