1. Delivery Locations
- We currently deliver across India.
- Delivery service availability may vary depending on your pin code.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge may apply based on location.
- Any special delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
- Unexpected delays due to courier/logistics issues will be communicated in advance.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most locations.
- A small COD handling fee may apply (if applicable).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order status online until delivery.
6. Undelivered Orders
- If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you to re-ship (extra charges may apply) or process a refund excluding shipping costs.
